Preventing Dry Skin During Winter
Show Self-Love & Self-Compassion with an Anti-Aging Smoothie Recipe.
"Healthy, beautiful skin is the result of a healthy body, healthy mind, healthy lifestyle, and a great natural skincare routine ."
February, the month of love, is here. When you think of the word love, the first thing that comes to mind for most people is another person. Often we forget that the most essential kind of love is self love. Loving yourself is paramount if you want to be in a healthy, loving relationship with another.
Taking good care of yourself inside and out is a good way to start. Your skin reflects what is happening in your body as a whole. If you are suffering from dry skin, it may not only be from an inadequate skin care routine, but also from a diet that's low in healthy fats, low glycemic fruits, and above and below ground grown vegetables which contain minerals and trace elements.
The foods you need to incorporate into your weekly diet should contain nutrient rich, healthy fats. That can include avocado, nuts, seeds, salmon, mackerel, cod, herring, and dairy from goat's milk, which is much easier to digest than cow milk.
In order to get enough of these important anti-aging nutrients into your diet, try my smoothie recipe. It will change your world!

Prevent Dry Skin During Frigid February Temperatures.
I highly recommend Sensitive Skin Formula essential oil for the winter as it helps to preserve your capillary walls. Taking 500 mg of Vitamin C daily is also a great way to protect your capillary walls. If you smoke cigarettes, your capillaries become hard and brittle, impeding the flow of blood, which in turn leaves your skin dry and brittle.
Vitamin C helps make your veins more pliable. For your health, vitality, and longevity, you should try very hard to stop smoking. In the meantime, Vitamin C can help you begin the healing process.
