We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

  • See what data we have about you, if any.
  • Change/correct any data we have about you.
  • Have us delete any data we have about you.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Shipping and Handling Costs

Sales tax will be charged at the current rate to residents of New York state and Florida. A $5 handling fee is applied to all orders except those shipped by the Standard/Ground method.

Domestic Orders

  • Free In-Store Pick Up (at the Beauty Clinic in New York City
  • Standard/Ground - FREE for orders over $75; otherwise $10.00* (continental USA)
  • Standard/Ground - $50 (Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. Territories)
  • 3rd Day - $22 (USA)
  • 2nd Day - $28.00 (USA)
  • Next Day - $68.00 (USA)
  • Messenger - $18.00 (Manhattan only) 

International Orders

  • Standard/Ground - $17.00 (Canada)
  • International Shipping - $50 (European Union, additional rates may be applied **)
  • International Shipping - $70 (All other countries, additional rates may be applied **) 

United Parcel Service is our carrier of choice.  We are not responsible for UPS delays.  A tracking number for your package is sent to you via email after your order has been packed at our headquarters.  When choosing a shipping method, please be aware that UPS operates on business days.  Orders placed after 2pm EST will not ship out until the following business day. With any two-day shipping orders, they will arrive two business days after the order has been completed by our shipping department.  You will receive an email confirmation informing you that your order is complete. 

*Standard/Ground shipping may exceed $10.00 if package exceeds a certain weight limit or travel distance. Please enjoy free ground shipping within the continental United States on orders over $20. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.  If incorrect, customers will be responsible for paying any additional charges that may incur.

** In rare cases we might not be able to ship to some international destinations. We will contact you if there's a problem with your order. If you would like to know in advance if we ship to your country or the exact cost of shipping please contact us.


Reward Points Program

This program was created to reward our loyal customers. For each purchase you make on www.SusanCiminelli.com, you receive 1% of the subtotal back in the form of reward points. This means that you are granted one reward point for every dollar you spend on our website. Each point is equivalent to $0.01. Once 2000 points are accumulated, you may receive $20 off a following order.

You must be a registered user on our website to participate in this program. You must checkout using your username and password in order for the points to be applied toward purchases. Points do not expire and they are kept track of in your online account.
Points cannot be used toward the purchase of  Harper Collins publications, products already discounted, or shipping and handling charges. We reserve the right to add or remove products from this exclusion list without notice. Points may not be redeemed with some discounts or promo codes at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to discontinue or suspend this program at any time. Points are non-redeemable in the form of cash, refunds, or store credit. Points are considered forfeited if not redeemed during the lifetime of this program. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this program without notice.


Returns and Exchanges

Our company will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened products that are returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. After 14 days, a store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned up to 30 days after purchase. Items purchased with cash maybe be exchanged or a store credit issued. No cash refunds. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.

For products damaged in transit, pictures of the damage must be sent to products@susanciminelli.com within 3 days of receiving the package in order for a credit to be issued.  If UPS is at fault for the damage, a report must be filed with them within 14 days of shipping.

If you have an allergy to one of our product's ingredients, please make note of it when placing your order.  We are not liable or responsible for allergic reactions to our products.
