Food For Your SKin

Wild rice is actually in the grass family and contains a lot of fiber.  The ingredients in this healthy salad help reduce pore size, clear redness, and keep breakouts at bay for a clear complexion.  Serve it with Wild Poached Salmon or Herb Roasted Chicken.

 2 cups cooked wild rice

1 scallion, thinly sliced

1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil

1 carrot, finely chopped

1 stalk celery, finely chopped

1/2 cup finely chopped cherry tomatoes

1 tablespoon freshly chopped tarragon

2 to 3 tablespoons Lemon-Lime Olive Oil Dressing

Sea salt

Freshly ground white pepper

In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well.  Refrigerate 1 hour before serving to enhance the flavor.

Stress and anxiety can wreak havoc on skin, resulting in acne, eczema, dry patches, rosacea, loss of elasticity, and premature aging. But before opting for Botox injections, laser treatments, and harsh chemical peels, try a healthier approach. I believe that the skin is a mirror of one's internal environment. The right lotions and creams are just one piece of the puzzle: What you put into your body, and, most important, the foods you eat play vital roles in your skin's health and appearance.

The Ciminelli Solution approaches skin care from the inside out, combining recipes, exercise tips, and treatment suggestions in a seven-day program that brings the mind, body, and soul into balance, resulting in flawless skin. A step-by-step, day-by-day cleansing program is designed to jump start a healthier way of living and eating, without deprivation. This isn't a strict, clinical regimen. Instead, I take the spa approach, focusing on what you should give to your body, not what you think you should take away.

By eating certain foods your skin will have a renewed vitality, beauty, and longevity,  achieving a healthy, glowing complexion. The Ciminelli Solution will improve your quality of life by detoxifying your system, increasing energy, and ultimately giving you a radiant, glowing complexion.
